COVID-19

Med anledning av Corona-pandemin och den minskade sysselsättning den för med sig, tvingas vi på Masentia korttidspermittera vår personal från och med 1:a april. Vi hoppas att detta inte ska påverka våra möjligheter att serva våra kunder i alltför stor utsträckning och vi ber om er förståelse. Vi hoppas att vi så snart som möjligt kan återgå till full styrka och normal servicegrad. 

Masentia anpassar sig - vi behöver alla!  

Under de senaste veckorna har vi noga följt utvecklingen och konsekvenserna av spridningen av COVID-19 både här i Sverige och globalt.  

Detta kräver en förändring av oss:

• Ändrade rutiner
• Alla behövs
• Beredskap
• Bemanning    

Ändrade rutiner
Vi har ändrat våra dagliga arbetsrutiner och följer myndigheternas instruktioner. Företaget och alla anställda gör sitt yttersta för att hjälpa samhället att bekämpa spridningen av COVID-19.

Alla behövs
Vi har beslutat att vidta ytterligare åtgärder så att vi kan behålla vår position på den svenska marknaden när vi är på andra sidan den globala hälsokrisen. Den avgörande faktorn för att detta är möjligt är att behålla vår viktigaste resurs, de anställda - och de nära relationerna med våra kunder och leverantörer. Vi behöver varje man när krisen är över.  

Vi väljer att använda den svenska regeringens stödsystem och permitterar ett större antal anställda från och med 1 april - ingen kommer att bli avskedad på detta sätt. Som sagt, vi behöver alla.  

Beredskap
Teknikerna upprätthåller en hög beredskapsnivå så att vi kan fortsätta att tillhandahålla service och leverera maskiner, naturligtvis med stort fokus på och respekt för att vi inte utsätter våra egna eller våra kunders anställda för infektion.  

Bemanning
Naturligtvis kommer alla övriga funktioner också att bemannas, såsom reservdelar, försäljning och ekonomi.

Slutligen, kontakta oss - vi är redo för tekniska lösningar och att vi tillsammans ska komma igenom de utmaningar vi står inför som företag och som land.  

Vi kommer naturligtvis fortsätta att följa utvecklingen mycket noga och är redo att anpassa oss omedelbart när behovet uppstår.

SHORT TERM LAY OFF AT MASENTIA DUE TO COVID-19

Due to the Corona pandemic and the decreased work duties that it brings, we at Masentia are forced to short-term lay off from 1st of April. We hope that this not affect our ability to serve our customers too much and we ask for your understanding. We hope that we can return to full strength and normal service level as soon as possible. 

Over the past few weeks, we have closely followed the development and consequences of the spread of COVID-19 both here in Denmark and globally.

This requires an effort – and covers:

• Changed routines
• Timely care
• Need for everyone
• Preparedness
• Staffing

Changed routines

We have changed our daily working routines and are following the instructions of the authorities. The company and all employees are doing their utmost to help the community fight the spread of COVID-19.
 

Timely Care

As a consequence of the continued development and spread, the time has come for us as a company to show timely care.

We have decided to take further action so that we can maintain our position in the Danish market when we are on the other side of the global health crisis. The decisive factor for this being possible is the retention of our most important resource, the employees - and the close relationships with our customers and suppliers. We need every man when the crisis is over.

Need for everyone

We choose to make use of the Danish government’s support schemes and send a larger number of employees home from April 1 - no one will be dismissed in this way. As mentioned, we need everyone.

Preparedness

A number of our technicians will still be prepared and ready so that we can continue to provide service and deliver machines, of course with a great focus on and respect to the fact that we do not expose our own or our customers’ employees to infection.

Staffing

Of course, all other functions will also be staffed, sales and handling of spare parts, consumables for spark and grinding - sales and consulting in connection with machine investment and the finance function. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us - we are ready for technical and high-productivity solutions, so that we together can get safely through the challenges we face as companies and as a country.

We will, of course, continuously follow developments very closely and are ready to adapt immediately when the need arises.
